missingWrote a review on Dec 24helpful staffconvenient wifiunpleasant odor
The staff were very accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. Additionally, I appreciated the availability of Wi-Fi, which, despite the issues, allowed me some connectivity, at least temporarily.
However, the room had an unbearable odor throughout the night that made it difficult to relax.

I had an awesome time with friends visiting Coney Island and Sharon Woods Park. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay smoother. Make sure to ask for kitchen items at check-in, and expect a Grab n Go breakfast to keep you on the go!
One downside was that I tried to contact customer service before our stay, but they didn’t respond, which was frustrating.

We loved visiting Coney Island with its classic rides and the huge Sunlite Pool. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and our room was good enough for our family needs. Great parking!
My kids wished for cleaner rooms and better amenities. The furniture was quite worn, and we found some cleanliness issues that just didn’t work for our family, especially with little ones running around. An upgrade is needed for family comfort.

The stay featured clean rooms and friendly staff, providing a sense of hospitality. However, the breakfast options were limited to grab-and-go items, which felt lacking. Additionally, the soundproofing was poor, allowing noise from neighboring rooms to disturb sleep quality. There were also cleanliness issues noted, affecting overall comfort.

I stayed in a studio with 2 double beds for 24 nights. The room had decent beds and air conditioning was good. They had a microwave, but it was rusty inside, so I ended up buying my own. The fridge worked fine, but kept dripping water on the floor, so I used towels from the hotel to clean that up. Annoyingly, I had to get my own bath stopper and the remote for the TV was glitchy, but the staff was really nice and helped me with my dryer when it broke. Lots of parking too.

Exceptional Family Stay with Comfort and Convenience!
We enjoyed our brief stay with clean accommodations, a friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere. The kids loved the complimentary breakfast options, making mornings smooth and stress-free. Make sure to explore nearby dining. there's a great Italian restaurant just a block away.

The staff genuinely cared about our needs. The Wi-Fi connection was initially tricky but when it worked, it was reliable. The grab-and-go breakfast had good options, like oatmeal and breakfast bars.
The overall experience didn't meet my expectations.

missingWrote a review on Sept 04homemade soupsdelicious wingscomfortable bedsrude staffoverbooked situation
Diving into the local food scene was a highlight! Tortilleria Garcia served up some mouthwatering homemade soups that felt like a warm hug after a long day. Plus, Rooster's just around the corner had delicious wings to fuel our late-night adventures. Oh, and the beds were surprisingly comfy, making for a decent night's sleep despite the surroundings.
Checked in for a wild concert night only to find they overbooked! Staff were notably rude, leaving us no choice but to head home after a tiring 6-hour drive through fog. It's a shame because this could've been a sweet stay with better management.

Had a decent time with comfy beds and the air conditioning did finally kick in—after a night of sweating like a maiden in distress! The rooms were functional enough for my family needs.
Floors were a bit grungy, and I played battery technician at midnight when the fire alarm started chirping. Not exactly my idea of a fun evening!
